Art. 354. The precatoria will indicate:
I – the judge deprecated and the judge deprecating;
II – the seat of jurisdiction of one and the other;
III – the purpose for which the citation is made, with all the specifications;
IV – the court of the place, the day and the hour in which the defendant must appear.
