Art. 347. If the hypothesis provided for in article 345 does not occur, the balance will be delivered to the person who provided the surety, after deducting the charges to which the defendant is bound.
Return after deduction of charges
Return of the amount of the guarantee: If the guarantee does not lose its value, after making the deductions in article 336 (costs, compensation for damages, pecuniary installment and fine), it will be returned to the person who provided the guarantee.
