Objects subject to recognition: These are all those that are directly related to the legal description of the offense (criminal type).
Applicable to instruction and investigation: This device must be observed both in the judicial phase and in the investigation phase. As soon as it becomes aware of the commission of the criminal offense, the police authority must seize the objects that are related to the fact and also proceed with the recognition of people and things (items II and VI of article 6 of the CPP ).
