Art. 124-A. In the event of forfeiture of works of art or other assets of relevant cultural or artistic value, if the crime has no determined victim, the assets may be allocated to public museums. (Wording provided by Law No. 13,964, of 2019)
Comments: Works of art, with the exception of the right of restitution or of third parties in good faith, may be destined for public museums.
